Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. Although the rooms were spacious and clean, they had an unpleasant smell of burned oil that soaked into my clothes. Additionally, our room was not ready on time and lacked basic items like hooks for towels. On the bright side, the service was friendly and the staff did a marvelous job of keeping everything clean and fresh. The location was terrific, right on El Camino Real in Redwood City, offering easy access to all the city has to offer. However, the dining experience was less than expected, with limited options. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel does have its strong points.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The room was dirty, small, and smelled bad. The heater and iron didn't work, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very nice. The service had its ups and downs; The location was convenient, close to Highway 101, but it was on a busy street. The dining experience was decent, and the facilities were basic.
The hotel's location on El Camino Real is clean and safe, although the entry door being kept open by kids was unexpected. The rooms lacked basic items like hooks for towels and blackout curtains, with a slight smell of cigarettes. The service provided was always courteous and accommodating, with helpful suggestions for nearby restaurants and directions to events. Dining options were limited to processed sugary treats during my stay, which was a downside. The facilities are by the cable system, but the price was reasonable for 36 years of service.
